The rules for uefnmcp.com

1. Who may use uefnmcp

uefnmcp.com helps you work on UEFN and Verse projects from an agent or editor client: hosted tools, optional API keys, OAuth for MCP clients, Verse checks that run without the editor, Studio skills and bundles, and unlisted screenshot links. It is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to create an account or use member features. Signing in uses Discord, Google, or GitHub, and those providers enforce their own minimum ages. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close it and delete its personal data.

2. Accounts, keys, and connected clients

You sign in with Discord, Google, or GitHub through auth.uefnmcp.com. You are responsible for activity on your account, for API keys you create, and for MCP clients you allow. Keep those secrets to yourself. You can revoke a key or disconnect a client at any time; the old secret or client stops working. There is no in-product button that deletes the whole account. Email privacy@biloxistudios.com and we will close it as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other people.

3. Your content and ours

The uefnmcp.com site text, design, and our own software are © Biloxi Studios Inc. The desktop editor client is a separate install. You keep ownership of Verse, Studio skills, bundles, snapshots, runbooks, and screenshots you upload. You give Biloxi Studios Inc. permission to host, store, and display that material so the product can work: to you, to MCP clients you connect, to people you invite into a studio, and to anyone who has an unlisted screenshot link. That permission ends when the material is deleted, except for copies that shared-studio members still need and for short-lived backups and logs. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack someone else's system, or to upload illegal content. Do not upload sexual content involving anyone under 18. We will remove that content and may close the account. Do not share API keys or try to bypass usage limits. Do not interfere with the service or other people's studios.

5. Screenshot shares

Links on shots.uefnmcp.com are unlisted, not private from anyone who has the URL. Free links last 7 days. Pro and Studio links last 90 days. Pinned links last until you delete them. You can delete your own uploads. We may remove a link that breaks these Terms.

6. Verse checks

Hosted Verse checks run without the UEFN editor. They report pass or fail for the source you send. They are not a promise that an island will publish, play, or keep working after Epic changes Verse. The check log keeps file names and a short error, not your source.

7. Plans and billing

Nothing is charged today. We do not collect payment card numbers. Dollar amounts on the pricing page are proposed hosted-plan copy, not an invoice and not an offer that creates a paid subscription. If paid plans start, we will say so on the site before any charge. Daily usage caps can still apply on the free service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

uefnmcp.com is provided "as is" and "as available." UEFN and Verse change often. We do not warrant that a tool result, Verse check, Studio file, or screenshot link is error-free, current, or fit for a particular island. We are not responsible for Discord, Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, Epic Games, or an MCP client you connect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biloxi Studios Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date, and material changes are noted on the site. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the service belongs exclusively to the state and federal courts located in Biloxi, Mississippi (Harrison County), whose jurisdiction you consent to.
