We read it. We do not promise a specific reply time for general questions. Privacy and deletion requests are answered within 30 days, or 45 days where the CCPA applies.
Write from an address you can receive mail at, and describe what you were doing. Say whether you signed in with Discord, Google, or GitHub. For an MCP client, name the client (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok, Cursor, or another). For an API key, send the label or the short prefix, not the full secret. For a screenshot, send the shots.uefnmcp.com link.
Email privacy@biloxistudios.com to close the account or to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold. Say that you want the account deleted. We will delete the account record and the keys, grants, usage counts, and Verse-check logs tied to it. Files in a studio other people still belong to can remain for them. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
We do not offer phone support. The Discord linked from the footer is a community, not this support desk. Verse checks run without the UEFN editor; installing or driving the editor is the desktop client on your own machine. Learning-site questions about verseisland.com belong to that site's own pages.
